When you book a call through the scheduling page embedded on our website, we collect your name, email address, and any details you choose to share about your business so we can prepare for the call. Scheduling is handled by Google Calendar's appointment booking (see “How We Share Your Information”).

When you message us through the chat widget on our website, we collect your name, your mobile phone number, and the contents of your message so we can reply to you by text. See “Text Messaging (SMS)” below.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain technical data, including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on the site. This data is collected through Vercel Analytics (see “Cookies & Analytics” below) and does not identify you personally.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services
• Schedule calls or consultations you request
• Send service-related communications (quotes, onboarding information)

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the third-party service providers we use to operate our business, and only to the extent necessary:

• Google Workspace — we use Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive) to manage business communications. Emails and documents are stored on Google's servers and subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Calendar — call bookings are handled by Google Calendar's appointment scheduling. The name, email, and details you enter when booking are stored in our Google Workspace environment and are not shared further.
• LeadConnector (HighLevel) — powers the chat widget on our website and our text-message conversations. Messages you send through the widget, and the phone number you provide there, are processed on LeadConnector's platform so we can reply to you. See HighLevel's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — our website is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel may process request logs and analytics data as part of hosting. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our business or others.

If you provide your mobile phone number through the chat widget on our website, you are opting in to receive text messages from Build Boost AI in reply to your inquiry and related to our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share your mobile phone number, text messaging originator opt-in data, or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used only to communicate with you, and is shared only with the service providers listed above to the extent needed to deliver those messages.

Our website uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that tracks page views and visitor behavior without using cookies or collecting personally identifiable information. No cookie consent banner is required for Vercel Analytics because it is designed to comply with privacy regulations without storing cookies on your device.

If we add additional analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, obtain your consent before deploying cookies.

We retain booking details and inquiry messages for as long as reasonably necessary to manage our client relationships, typically 24 months. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Vercel server logs are retained according to Vercel's own retention policies, which you can review in their privacy policy.

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. Florida residents and visitors generally have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal requirements)
